The Lashes
Cluster or strip lashes — which should I get?
Strips go on in one piece, across the lash line. Fast, and good for a full look in seconds. Clusters are small sections you place under your own lashes, exactly where you want them. More natural, more customisable, and they last longer. New to it? Most people start with strips, then move to clusters once they want the wear-all-week version. You can have both.
Application & Wear
How do I apply cluster lashes?
With LOCK IN, our bond and seal: 1. Start with clean, dry lashes — no oil, no makeup. 2. Brush a light layer of bond at your lash base or onto the cluster band. Wait 20–30 seconds, until tacky. 3. Place each cluster just under your natural lash line, about 1mm from the waterline. 4. Once they're all on, gently press your natural lashes and the clusters together. 5. Seal over the base. That step is what makes them waterproof. A few minutes, once you've done it once or twice.
What glue do I need?
For clusters, it depends how long you want them on: — Up to 7 days: LOCK IN — bond and seal in one. — Just for the day: a LASH LOCK bond — Precision for fine-tip control, Brush for full coverage. For strips: LASH LOCK. On the go: the 1ml single-use tubes for quick touch-ups.
Is the glue safe for sensitive eyes?
All our LASH LOCK glue is latex-free.
How long do they last?
Clusters with LOCK IN: up to 7 days. Strips: worn a day at a time, and reusable up to 15 times with care. Either way, wear comes down to your application and keeping oil away from the lash line.
Can I shower or swim in them?
Clusters sealed with LOCK IN are waterproof for the full 7 days — showers, sweat, a swim, they hold. Just give the seal 2–3 hours to set first: skip water, humidity, hot showers and oil in that window.
Will they damage my natural lashes?
Not when you apply and remove them gently. The one thing to avoid is pulling them off dry — soften the bond with MELT first and they come away clean.
Removal & Reuse
How do I take them off?
With MELT, our remover: 1. Brush MELT along the base of your clusters with the built-in wand. 2. Wait 30–60 seconds. 3. Slide the clusters away gently — no force needed. 4. Lift any leftover residue with a cotton tip. Never pull lashes off dry.
Are they reusable?
Clusters: yes, with care. Once they're off: — Soak them in a little alcohol to lift the old glue. — Gently rub the band clean with a cotton tip. — Let them dry, then lay them flat in their tray — never stacked on top of each other. Keep the tray somewhere dry. Looked after, one set goes a long way. Strips: up to 15 wears with good care.
New to Lashes
I've never done this. Is it hard?
No. If you can put on liner, you can do this. Strips are the easiest place to start. Clusters take a couple of goes, then it's a few quiet minutes at the mirror. The HOW TO APPLY page walks you through it.
