Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We don't offer returns or refunds, including for change of mind.
As beauty items for personal use, our products can't be returned once purchased, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
To help us assist you quickly, please include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
False lashes, Lash adhesives, Beauty tools, Any opened or used products
We also do not accept returns on: Sale items ,Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team and we will assist you with a resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered due to the hygiene nature of our products.
Refunds will only be issued if:
An item is confirmed faulty or damaged and cannot be replaced
An order cannot be fulfilled
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
