Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods such as launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Australia Post or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KISTU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damaged item so we can assist you.

International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination.
